"Something for your Health (a joke)"
Are you having problem with your body, specially on your weight? Are you exactly paranoid of thinking what activities supposed to do to minimize your fats or calories? Or is really having trouble loosing your weight because of that eating manners you possess? Or are you as big as this woman on the picture(don't mean to offend)?
Yes or No? If yes then you should take the risk, but if you are not as big as this woman on the picture (don't mean to offend) then you should be thankful, "FOR NOW". Why, FOR NOW only? This is because eventually you'll forget about your figure. Everyday activity plus the common problems of life can affect and burdens you. In effect, you will be anxious and careless of what you eat in your daily meal. You'll never stop eating and that could be the worse scenario of your life. Calories and Fats would shadows you for the rest of your life as possible. But don't be despair, coz' thats why I'm here. I have SOMETHING that would probably prevent those chaos of yours from becoming true. Below are list of activities proven to help burn calories:

MILK -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 3/4 cup
Mix margarine & flour in mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup walnut. Put into 9''x13'' pan. Cook in oven with temperature of 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup of cool whip. Pour into cool crust. Mix the pudding mixes and milk. Mix until slightly hard. Pour into crust and cheese mixture. Pour the remaining cool whip on the top and add the 1/4 cup walnuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Eat in the bed while watching TV...mmmmmmmmmmmm, yummy! (Repeat 2x then fade).
